Refund & Returns Policy – Shevastra
At Shevastra, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
- The item received is damaged.
- The item received is defective.
- The wrong product or size was delivered.
To be eligible:
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged after delivery
- Used or washed products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and supporting images.
- Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
If a size exchange is available, customers may request an exchange subject to stock availability.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
